Since 1995, Top Temps has been managing the temporary and permanent staffing needs of clients in the automotive, public and retail sectors whose priorities are always the same; a good price, reliable people, no hassle. And they trust Top Temps to deliver. The brief called for a distinctive identity that would set the business firmly in context and set it apart from competitors. We added the need to express the idea that Top Temps is a key player in the people business. When stacking the letters of the two words in the name we identified a figure who now stands as the Top Temps ‘presenter’. By separating the character using a contrasting colour, we gave it a life of its own. This ‘humanised’ identity can literally stand tall, head and shoulders above its competitors. For the brochure we wrote straightforward headlines, concise messages and reinforced them with engaging black and white documentary photographs showing ‘Top Temps’ in action.
